OU Predictions

The OU Sooners are returning a bunch of talent on both sides of the ball and as I look at their schedule, I see two tough opponents this season. Florida State being the first test for the Sooners this season, next coming with Texas. I'm sorry to say but I am going to pick FSU over the Sooners, even though the Sooners are playing at home and have the nations longest active home winning streak. The Seminoles have 10 returning starters and I believe they have the composure to win in a very tough environment. Now for the Red River Rivalry I believe the Sooners will prevail and end their 2 game losing streak over Texas. This doesn't mean the Sooners will just sail through the rest of the season though. They still have road games in Columbia against the Tigers who are returning 16 starters and then at College Station against the 12th man and Jerrod Johnson...
To the predictions- OU finishes 11-1 and Bob brings back his "Big Game Bob" nickname.

Intro

College football is upcoming and is a great place to start my blog. Being from Oklahoma I was brought up as a Sooner fan but several years ago when I finally had the choice of who I wanted to cheer for I converted to a OkState Cowboys fan in which I will forever stay! So I start out this blog with a prediction for my favorite team. I predict OkState goes 8-4 with still an egg for Gundy against Ou and Texas, thus him losing his job as head coach. Pretty bold u may ask... but not as bold as T. Boone Pickens comments about what he wants to see out of them this year. So I will stay with the Big 12 and give my overall conference prediction for the Cowboys this year. The Cowboys will go 5-3 in conference play losing to Texas, Ou, and Nebraska.

Next on my list for the Big 12 will be the OU Sooner season predictions...
